Build History
- 08/26/2006 – Purchased Estes Metalizer from Red Arrow Hobbies for $8.39 (Retail $13.99)
- 01/13/2007 – Took pictures of package, opened package and took pictures of contents/. CA glued fin halves and lower body tube together.
- 01/14/2007 – Attached shock cord to nose cone and applied decal to body tube. The parachute was pre-assembled. This completes construction of Estes Metalizer model rocket #2168.
- 03/31/2007 – Repaired shock cord attachment by modifying how it was attached to the launch lug. Glued shock cord to mount about 1-1/2″ from forward end.
