Description
The Deltie Thunder is a single stage boost glider design. The glider is a triangle shape with a profile type fuselage that divides the triangle in the middle. The rocket booster hooks onto the glider at the nose of the glider and pulls it skyward. At ejection the booster separates and returns via parachute while the glider slowly circles back to earth

- 02/23/2007 – Purchased Edmonds Deltie Thunder from ASP for $29.99 (Retail – $29.99).
- 08/26/2020 – Tool pictured of package and components. Measured components and recorded on page 72 Book#4.
- 08/27/2020 – Glued two balsa wing parts together. Glued fins into wing tip notches. Glued nose cone section to fuselage. Glued fuselage to wings.
- 08/28/2020 – Glued and screwed screw eye into nose cone. Glued shock cord into shock cord mount and then inside forward end of body tube at least 2″. Balanced fuselage at 12.5″ from aft end with clay. This completes construction of Edmonds Aerospace Deltie Thunder.
