Build History
- 03/10/2006 – Purchased Starlight Sparrow from JonRockets for $5.50 (Retail $5.95)
- 08/05/2006 – Took pictures of package and components. Scanned fins, nose cone, wings, photo card, and plans. Took measurements and recorded on page 40 Book #3. Glued rudder/fins to ends of wings at 90 degrees to wings. Using a piece of wax paper to support the wings, glued the root edges of the wings together so they formed a proper dihedral with the fin/rudders.
- 08/06/2006 – Glued the body tube to the wings so the forward edge met the forward edge of the body tube. Glued the nose cone to the forward end of the body tube. Glued launch lug and forward edge of the wing even and the leg was placed along the wing at the wing joint. Allowed glue to dry.
