Build History
- 03/28/2009 – Purchased Polecat Rocketry V-2 7.5″ from Nocturnal Knight Rocketry for $225.00 (Retail $249.95).
- 10/15/2020 – Took pictures of package and contents. Scanned plans. took measurements and recorded on page 76 Book #4.
- 10/17/2020 – Used HF epoxy weld of retainer on aft end of motor mount tube.
- 12/15/2023 – Cut a 1″ x 3/4″ piece from the aft portion of the fins that fit along the motor mount tube so the fins will into the body tube slots.
- 12/16/2023 – Epoxied 3 of 4 fins through wall and onto motor mount tube.
- 12/18/2023 – Epoxied final fin through the walland onto the motor mount tube.
- 12/19/2023 – Filleted all 4 fin joints with micro balloons filled epoxy.
- 12/20/2023 – Applied additional micro balloons filled epoxy fillets into fin joints.
